1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not let anyone under 18 use your access. We may restrict access while investigating an age concern and remove access for underage use.
2. What the service provides
HoustonFreeChatLine lets adults hear greetings, exchange voice messages, and talk by phone. We do not promise a match, a date, a particular caller's location, or that anyone will be available when you call. A caller's statements are their own and are not verified or endorsed by us.
3. Free access and purchases
Women use the chat service free. New male callers may use the offered free trial, subject to the eligibility conditions explained when calling. Additional time for men is paid. Your carrier may charge separately for calls.
Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the price, included minutes, expiry, renewal, and refund conditions before authorizing a purchase. Any recurring charge requires your agreement. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
4. How callers must behave
Respect other people's boundaries. Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, scam, solicit money from, or pressure another caller. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, exploitation, or content involving minors.
Do not record, publish, or share a conversation without everyone involved consenting. Protect any account access details, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Your greetings and messages
You remain responsible for content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and play it as needed to operate the service and deliver it to its intended audience. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your voice. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy and personal choices
Do not disclose information you want to keep private. We cannot control what another caller does with information you voluntarily share. Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle service records. Any legally required consent is obtained separately.
7. Reports and restrictions
Report misuse through our Contact page. We may remove content, restrict access, or end access for rule violations, fraud, underage use, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. Any treatment of paid balances remains subject to purchase terms and applicable law.
8. Service limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Calls may be interrupted or unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will receive appropriate notice; where required, we will obtain agreement before they apply. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
